Throughout the world the Slow Food Presidia save indigenous breeds, fruit and vegetable varieties, artisanal products, traditional techniques and rural landscapes.

Today there are 450 Presidia in more than 60 countries across 5 continents.

At Cheese, you’ll be able to discover products and meet the producers from over 60 Slow Food Presidia, including those of cheeses, animal breeds, breads, cereals and honey.

Among the newcomers, familiarize yourself with the cheeses from the milk of the Frabosana and Orobica goats (from Piedmont and Lombardy respectively) and from further afield, Skyr from Iceland, a fresh cheese made with sour milk.

The Presidia stalls are located in via Marconi and via Principi di Piemonte.
