Find the best cheeses from across Europe among wines from the Pollenzo Wine Bank and Slow Food Presidia products…
Once again, the porticoes of Corso Garibaldi in the center of Bra will be filled with a vast selection of cheeses and wines, providing a great place to take a break and discover new pairings.
In the Great Hall of Cheese and the Enoteca you’ll be able to try over 100 specialties of cheese from Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Belgium and Ireland, in a sensory experience that combines knowledge and pleasure.
As the host country for the 2015 edition of Cheese is Spain, we have reserved a special place for a selection of 20 Spanish cheeses. And naturally, we can’t forget the diverse artisans, many from Slow Food Presidia, who will also proudly offer their products at Cheese.
Sommeliers from FISAR (the Italian Federation of Sommeliers, Hoteliers and Restaurateurs) will be on hand to help you choose the perfect wine – from over 700 on offer at the Enoteca – to pair with your cheese plate.
We are also happy to announce that, thanks to the collaboration with the Bra Celiac Association, a selection of gluten-free products will also be available! Cheers to that!
Entrance to the Great Hall of Cheese and the Enoteca is free, but vouchers must be purchased for cheese and wine tastings.
